2. What we collect

• Assessment requests: name, company, work email, phone number, building type, location, headcount range, and any free-text you choose to include.
• AI Advisor conversations: the messages you send to the on-site Advisor for the purpose of answering your question.
• Technical logs: minimal server logs (timestamp, request path, user agent) required to operate and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site at present. Any future addition will be gated behind the cookie consent banner.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

• Contact & pre-contract steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to reply to your assessment request and prepare a proposal.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to operate the AI Advisor and keep the site secure.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): for any future analytics or marketing cookies.

4. Sharing and processors

Personal data is processed by a limited number of vendors strictly for the purpose of running the site and the Advisor:

• Website hosting (edge platform)
• Transactional email delivery (Microsoft 365)
• AI Advisor language model (via a managed gateway)

Data is not sold. Data is not shared for advertising purposes.

5. Retention

Assessment requests are retained for the duration of the sales conversation and any subsequent contract, and thereafter as required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. Advisor messages are not retained beyond the active session unless you send them as part of an assessment request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email info@chillandbite.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
