These are always active and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner. Legal basis: legitimate interest / contract performance under GDPR.
3. Analytics Cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it — for example, which pages are most useful, how long people spend on the assessment form, or where they drop off. Analytics is OFF by default and only activates after you grant consent through the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent under GDPR.
4. Functional Cookies
Functional cookies remember preferences that make the site more comfortable to use, such as your language selection on legal pages or the collapsed / expanded state of certain UI elements. These are OFF by default and activate only if you enable the Functional category in Cookie Preferences.
5. Marketing Cookies
Marketing cookies would be used to measure the performance of advertising campaigns or to show you more relevant content on third-party platforms. We do not currently run any marketing cookies; if this changes, the category will only activate after you grant consent.

Cookies are either session cookies (removed when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them). The Cookie Declaration below shows the retention period for each cookie we use.

8. Managing Cookies
