Food, drinks and everyday essentials in an open self-service space we install, stock and run for you, available 24/7 where building access allows. Under the standard managed-service model, your facility team does not operate the market. We do.
Based in Sofia and serving offices, business centres, coworking spaces and modern buildings in other parts of Bulgaria as well.

A Micro Market is a small, open shop inside your own building. It operates without the need for a permanent cashier or on-site attendant. People walk up, take what they want from the shelves and chillers, pay at a self-checkout and go back to work.
It replaces the idea of a machine in the corridor with something closer to a small convenience store: real shelves, a real chiller, a visible assortment and room for fresh food that a vending machine cannot hold.
The assortment is built for the building it sits in and adjusted as we learn what people actually buy.
Ready meals, sandwiches, salads, yoghurt and fruit, where the site and the volume support daily freshness.
Sweet and salty, everyday options alongside lighter and higher-protein alternatives.
Water, soft drinks, juices, energy and chilled options in the cold section.
A coffee point can be part of the same space, or run separately, depending on what the building already has.
The small things people leave the building for — where there is demand for them.
Not every category is available at every location. The final assortment depends on the size of the site, the number of people and how the space is used.
Take what you want from the shelf or the chiller.
Scan the items at the self-checkout terminal.
Card or another cashless method — a few seconds, no queue.
Back to the desk. The market stays open when you leave.
Sales and stock are tracked so we know what the site is running low on.
Our team restocks on a schedule built around the real consumption of the site.
Cleaning, equipment checks, expiry control and support requests are ours to handle.
What sells stays, what does not sell is replaced. The assortment keeps changing with the building.
The point of a Micro Market is that it does not become another thing for your office or facility team to run.
You provide the space and the people. We provide and run the market.
Both have their place. The difference is mostly about what the format can physically hold and how it is managed.
| Micro Market | Traditional vending | |
|---|---|---|
| Assortment | Broad — shelves and chillers hold many more lines | Limited by the number of spirals and slots |
| Fresh food | Possible where the site supports daily freshness | Rarely practical |
| Experience | Open, shop-like, products can be picked up and read | Selection through glass and a keypad |
| Flexibility | The assortment can be changed quickly | Changes are constrained by the machine layout |
| Replenishment | Managed on a schedule based on real consumption | Often route-based |
| Optimisation | Sales data informs what stays and what goes | Varies by operator |
A vending machine can still be the right answer for a small site or a specific location inside a building. We will say so if that is the case.
Chill&Bite is operated by Health In Box OOD and is based in Sofia, also serving workplaces in other parts of Bulgaria.
Offices, business centres, coworking spaces, hotels and production sites — the same operational standard across all of them.
Our own operational technology is what allows one team to keep many sites stocked, clean and working. It supports the service — it is not something your people need to learn.
We see how each site is performing and what it is running out of.
Restocking is planned around real consumption rather than a fixed route.
MicroOps™ gives our on-site team its daily tasks, checks and confirmations.
Equipment and service issues are picked up and handled, with QR Support™ available at the market itself.
The technology sits behind the counter, so to speak. What your people see is a shop that is stocked and working.
The fastest way to find out whether a Micro Market fits your building is a short conversation and a look at the space.
We talk through the building, the people and what they need.
We visit, look at the space, power, access and traffic.
We come back with a format, an assortment direction and a service plan.
Installation, first stocking and the operating rhythm from day one.
Chill&Bite does. We install it, stock it, service it and support it. The client provides the space.
